What this product is
Pravio is workplace attendance software. A company (the customer) creates employee accounts so staff can check in and out from a registered phone. Journey EAS is one customer organization on Pravio.
These terms are a working template for the public product site. They do not create a paid contract until you and the customer agree a signed order and counsel has reviewed this text.
Accounts
Company admins create employee accounts. Each employee signs in with email and password. Check-in is locked to one registered device until an admin resets it.
You must keep passwords confidential and tell your company admin if a phone is lost.
Acceptable use
Do not try to check in for someone else, spoof location, attack the service, or use it for anything other than the customer’s own workforce attendance.
Pravio may suspend an organization that abuses the service or fails to pay if billing is later enabled.
Location
Check-in and check-out capture GPS coordinates to verify presence at an office pin or an approved away site. See the Privacy and Retention pages.
No warranty
The service is provided as available. GPS can fail indoors. The customer is responsible for how it uses attendance records with its staff.
